Today's oil consumption cannot be sustained; the current use of oil endangers our health, our economy, and the political and social stability of the world. Presently, 40% of the world's oil fuels the automotive industry, and 65% of oil consumption is in the US transportation sector. Many scientists have found that automobile emissions contribute significantly to global climate change and rising sea levels.

石油的使用是無法長久的，目前石油的消費型態危害到人類的健康，並危及世界經濟，政治和社會的穩定。世界上40％的石油供給予汽車產業作為燃料，美國交通運輸部門佔據65％的石油消費量。許多科學家發現，汽車的排放量的污染是導致全球氣候變化和海平面上升的主因。

With the new Obama Administration's direction to develop Green Energy as the core industry for the economic recovery program, and its gigantic US$500 billion Apollo Projects, the focus is on developing electric cars and renewable energy. On the other side of the Pacific, China's government announced a series of policies embracing the renewable energy and subsidizing generously for electric cars with no less than a US$293 billion budget. The efforts are not only for the nations' interest, but a contribution to a much bigger movement - SAVE THE EARTH.

新上任的歐巴馬政府當中的經濟復甦計劃，將綠色能源產業的發展定位為核心方向，其中預算高達5000億美元的阿波羅計劃，重點就是要發展電動汽車和可再生能源。另一邊是太平洋彼岸的中國政府宣布了一系列的政策，包括可再生能源和政府的高額補貼更重要的是將近293億美元的預算用以發展電動車。這些努力不僅是為自身國家利益，也是為著一個更大運動和責任-拯救地球。

As a member of this world, everyone should share the mission to save the Earth. Five years ago, our Group CEO started to explore various solutions to stem the current energy problems of the world. By gathering the elite of Greater China, professionals from Taiwan, Hong Kong and China joined us in our garage, and constructed our self-sustained energy and electric car solution. This year we set up APET - Advanced Power and Energy Transportation, a subsidiary to support our electric car platform. By applying our "Garage" spirit, with limited funding and human resources, we produced an energy platform that is universal and versatile, that could be applied to many applications, especially vehicles. We code-named it Salamander.

作為這個世界的成員，每個人都應該承擔責任，挽救地球。五年前，我們的集團首席執行官開始探索各種解決方案，以防止目前世界能源短缺所產生的問題。邀請各中國的精英，來自台灣香港專業人士加入了我們的”車庫”，開始進行自給自足的能源和電動汽車的解決方案。今年，我們成立了APET 先勁載具（香港）有限公司 我們的“車庫”的精神，在有限的資金和人力資源下，我們設計的能源平台具普遍性和通用性，可以應用於許多層面，尤其是車輛，這也就是為什麼我們首要目標就是將電池應用於電動車上。我們將之命名為”蠑羱”Salamander。

Salamander is designed with an open mind, a very different attitude from existing car manufacturers which mostly aimed to protect their market shares. Salamander-design adopts an open source to allow all types of power modules, components, chassis and production planning, to rapidly replicate in hope to solve the accelerating pollution problems resulting from existing vehicles. Salamander's CANBUS is written in LINUX for all future components to be associated freely, without any restrictions and high entry price, for mass production capability. The openness and versatility of Salamander's platform allows consumers to "vote" with their purchasing power and show their support to the Green Energy movement.

Salamander的設計，抱持一種開放的心態，與一般現有的汽車製造商的態度非常不相同，一般大廠的目的是利用不開放的設計來保護自己的市場佔有率。Salamander的設計運用開放能源碼，讓所有類型的電源模塊，組件，底盤和生產計劃迅速複製，希望能加快解決現有車輛所造成的種種污染源頭。Salamander的CANBUS總線是用LINUX語言串聯未來所有組件之間的聯繫，不受高價及任何限制並可大規模生產。開放性和通用性的平台使消費者能透過消費行為表達”投票”支持綠色能源運動。

Key Points = APET’s mission is to follow mother company’s direction in building the metal fuel economy, by providing various solutions to solve the problems of transportation applications when using ZOE.

APET’s direction is to use an open attitude to share the core technologies for mass market. The solutions are based on the open source platform and provided with the lowest possible costs, in order for extensive applications.

APET’s target customers are existing car brands and car components providers, with adequate resources, to execute production planning of project Salamander. APET focused on selling the licenses of the various solutions, and the integration of all into one final solution, to our target customers.

Founded less than a year, APET already achieved the status of owning a mule car, all the technologies that provide the solutions to a full size electric vehicle, and developing a race car that would participate into automotive X-PRIZE utilizing the solution.
